TERMS OF SERVICE

I will destroy you if you do not read this before purchasing, and then make me have to deny your request because of info that you should already have known beforehand.Please discuss commercial use prices with me first if you have plans to profit in any way off of my work.

General Info:

  • This is for XIV characters, from any Data Center and Server.

  • Console players OK!

  • Open to Vanilla and modded characters!

  • Open to SFW and NSFW characters!

  • Open to all races and genders!

  • I will NOT accept orders for NSFW Lalafell characters.

  • All orders are on a first come, first serve basis. (FCFS)

Reference Sheets will be accepted in batches of 5-10 or so. Be sure to check my Trello to see the current queue!The timeframe to receive your finished reference sheet is 1-6 weeks. The timeframe is dependent on where your position is in my queue.The timeframe is broad due to queue length and me not stressing myself out and rushing to finish orders. I want every sheet to feel like the best product that I'm capable of providing you, so please be patient with me.

Payment

  • All prices are stated in USD.

  • No refunds, so please make sure this is something you actually want.

  • Your order will only start after payment.

  • Full payment will be requested upfront via Ko-fi.

  • I will contact you when it is your turn in the queue. If you do not respond within 48 hours, I will move on to my next request before returning to yours.

The Process:

You do not have to be present for the photo-taking session, everything will be done on my end!

If your character is Vanilla (Non-Modded):

  • I offer the option to meet you in game for a short while to retrieve your data appearance (.chara) file.

  • If you already have your data file, you can send it to me directly without having to meet up in game.

PlayStation players must be able to meet up in-game for me to retrieve your character data.
So please be willing to share your Character Name + Server and Data Center information.

If your character is Modded:

  • To properly take photos of your OC, I will need a .CHAR file from Anamesis.

  • I will also require a Penumbra-friendly modpack OR Mare MCDF file with all of your mods.

  • (I can also accept loose mods/modpacks in a Google Drive folder.)

  • To ensure that all of your mods are working properly, I will send you test photos of your OC prior to working on your sheet.

Once your sheet has been completed, I will delete your mods from my PC. I absolutely respect your OC and the mod creators and will not personally use any mods that weren’t paid for outside of taking photos of your OC.

Revision Policy

You are given up to a maximum of 2 revisions of the reference sheet throughout the commission process.

Any additional revisions will incur charges.

Examples of acceptable revision requests:

  • Changing font, layout, color tone and design element.

  • Changing/adding description text

  • Missing shots of important details of your OC

Requests to change your appearance (hair, clothes, etc) after the shots are taken will not be entertained. This should be decided on prior to ordering.

Any mistake made on my end, such as hair/outfit clipping in poses or having my mods accidentally reflecting on your character, will not eat into your revision request.

Delivery

  • Orders will be accepted and processed on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Updates will be provided throughout the process, and you are given up to 2 free revisions for the artwork.

  • You will receive a final .PNG file of your character sheet.

  • Wait time: 1 - 6 weeks.

Rights

  • I reserve the right to decline any offers.

  • I reserve the right to discontinue your order if you make me feel uncomfortable due to inappropriate or rude behavior.

  • I reserve the right to stream the creative process on my Twitch channel if my workflow requires it.

  • I reserve the right to use your commissioned sheet as material to promote my services.

  • You are completely free to use or share your sheet anywhere!! Credit is not required, but do not advertise that you made it yourself.
